Main engine(host) shock
- The motor and the host are not placed horizontally
- Fixing screw too loose
- Install again
- Add Spring pad and fastening
No pellet outNo pellet out
- Have not take running-in of machine.
- Water content too low and not measure out ingredients as proportions
- Die hole too small and thin
- Gap between roller and flat die is too big
- running-in of machine again as reference
- measure out ingredients as requiring proportions and increase water content
- replace suitable size of flat die.
- Adjusting the pressing on both ends of die roller
Failure or difficulty in starting up
- Voltage is too slow
- Water content too low and not measure out ingredients as proportions
- Die hole too small and thin
- Gap between roller and flat die is too big
- Find the reason and use machine avoid the peak of electricity consumption
- Replace big wire replace new capacitor and bearing
Main engine(host) does not work
- Host gearbox lacking of gear oil
- ost bearing lock
- Adjusting wire pressing in die roller too tight
- Too many more materials put in,and too dry
- Filling gear oil
- Cleaning bearing or replace new one
- Turn loose adjusting wire pressing
- Remove the excess material and increase water content
Die roller does not work
- Bearing damage owing to lacking of oil
- Nut is loose
- Too much dust inside the bearing
- lat die and roller are seriously worn
- Replace bearing and filling butter oil
- Tighten the nut
- Cleaning dust
- Remove flat die,switch to the other side to use,or replace new one
Low output capacity , pellets without stable shape and too soft
- Too big gap between flat die and roller
- Too wet or too dry of raw material
- Too thick of raw material
- Too little fiver in raw material
- Appropriate pressing the roller adjusting wire pressing
- Adjust the water content of raw material
- Replace thin raw material
- Increase fiber proportion in raw material
Oil spill
- Too much fuel filled in the gearbox
- Oil leakage for oil seal of gearbox shaft
- Filling gear oil as volume requirement
- Replace new oil seal
